Mr. Bhokarikar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Head Master has submitted proposal to the Education Officer seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Shikshan Sevak on compassionate ground. Same is not yet decided.

We have heard learned A.G.P. for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is forwarded by respondent no.4 and same is

wp2876.17 pending with respondent no.2 (Exh. D), then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from today.
