The applicant prays for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed, on account of default in removing office objections, by the order dated 11.10.20221 passed by the learned Registrar of this Court. 2.

Civil application was filed on 28.01.2022. The Office remark shows that the Civil application is in time due to the Covid instructions. 3.

In view of the above, the Civil application is allowed. 4.

I have perused the objection which is, that the Vakalatnama of the petitioner issued by the Dhule Municipal Corporation is signed by the Deputy Commissioner and not the Commissioner. The objection is, therefore, overruled.

The office to register the writ petition and circulate the same for admission hearing on 17.03.2022.
