ORDER:- 1.

The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 264 days in fling the frst appeal against award dated 27.03.2019 in LAR No.76/2013.

The respondent No.1 i.e. original claimant, though served, but remained absent. There is no strong objection from respondent Nos. 2 and 3 State.

As such, Considering the statutory rights of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 264 days stands condoned.
