Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2/Committee states that, in the father's school record the caste is mentioned as Mannerwar. The writ petitions challenging the judgment of the Committee filed by the father of the petitioner and the sister of the petitioner have already been dismissed in default long back.

The matter was adjourned on 31.03.2015 at the request of the petitioner to 07.04.2015 as a last chance. Thereafter also at the request of petitioner it was adjourned on 15.04.2015. Again

2 wp 5135.99 the matter was adjourned as a last chance at the request of the petitioner. On 23.04.2015 the matter was adjourned to 28.04.2015.

It appears that, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. The writ petition as such is dismissed. Rule discharged.
