By the present application, the applicant seeks permission to change the maiden name of applicant Komal d/o Shivaji Tambe to married name Komal w/o Sopan Ghodke. Accordingly permission granted to change her name as Komal w/o Sopan Ghodke. Necessary amendment be carried out within period of 7 (seven) days from today. 3.

The applicant further prayed for permission to withdraw her share of compensation on ground that the dispute already has been settled before the Lok Adalat on 12.03.2023. Therefore, the Registry of this Court is hereby directed to release Rs. 3,00,000/-(Rupees Three
