Learned A.G.P. on instructions states that the Vigilance is completed and the Committee would decide the proceedings within three (3) months. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 18.4.2018.

Till the validation proceedings are decided, the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground of pendency of validation proceedings.

The Respondent Nos.3 and 4 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
