The Writ Petition is dismissed for non removal of office objections. This Civil Application has been filed within time. 2.

Considering the above, this Application is allowed on the condition that the Petitioner shall remove all office objections on or before 22nd February, 2024, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and the Petition would remain dismissed.

If the objections are removed, the Petition shall be restored at the stage at which it was dismissed.
