1] One of the prayers of the petitioner in the writ petition is, seeking direction against respondent No.2 from changing the administrator/administrative committee. Learned AGP has place on record the communication stating that the election of the Managing Committee has been held and new managing committee has assumed office on and from 1.4.2015.

2] Now, the petitioner would be required to move the new managing committee for refund of the amount. If the petitioner does not receive the amount of deposit within a reasonable time, then, petitioner is at liberty to move this Court.

3] Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
