We have heard Mr. Wagh, the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State.

The Tribunal has not entertained the original application filed by the petitioner for revocation of suspension order on the ground that the petitioner has filed application dated 28.09.2018 for revocation of suspension and the Collector has forwarded the matter to the Assistant Collector, Nandurbar for review of the order by letter dated 06/09.10.2018. On the ground that the said matter is pending with the authority, the Tribunal has not

The authority where the petitioner's appeal/application is filed shall decide the same within a period of six (06) weeks from today on its own merits.
