Heard both sides. Leave to correct the title cause of the civil application. Correction be carried out forthwith. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that wife of applicant No.1 and mother of applicant Nos. 2 and 3 met with an accidental death in the year 2002 and the Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs.1,85,000/-. The respondents have not deposited entire amount before this court and only an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- is deposited. Out of the said amount of Rs.1,00,000/- the applicants have withdrawn an amount of Rs.25,000/-. In view of above, the applicants are permitted to withdraw remaining amount of Rs.75,000/- with accrued interest thereon. Civil application is for withdrawal of amount is disposed of.
