These civil applications are for condonation of delay of 19 days in preferring applications for Review.

By common order dated 05.12.2023, three Writ Petitions were disposed of. The applicants have filed Review Applications along with applications for delay.

I have considered the grounds for condonation of delay as well as merits of applications for Review. Considering the explanation stated in paragraph nos. 3 and 4 of the application for condonation of delay, I am inclined to allow the applications. As it is delay of only 19 days and simultaneously I have considered the submissions on merits of the applications for Review, I do not think it necessary to issue notice to the respondent before considering these applications for condonation of delay finally.

For the reasons stated in the applications, applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 6 (b). Office is directed to register Review Applications.
