PER COURT:- This petition can be disposed of in view of the communication issued by the Commissioner, Integrated Child Development Project, dated 21.4.2017. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification.

Counsel appearing for the petitioner states, that in view of clause (4) of the order referred to above, petitioner would be entitled to continue the contract for a period of 3 years from the initial date of allotment i.e. till end of September, 2018.

The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, states that the petitioner would be permitted to continue with the contract up to end of September, 2018 and fresh arrangement in terms of the policy of the State Government, would be made after completion of the contract with the petitioner.
