The applicants apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No. 369 of 2021 registered with Jalgaon City Police Station, for the offences punishable under section 420, 465, 467, 471, 474, 405, 406 120B, 169, 171, 192, 196, 468 read with 34 of IPC. This Court by order dated 03.02.2022 granted interim protection to the applicants. Thereafter, the applicants have cooperated in the investigation and charge sheet is filed in the matter on 07.05.2022 and the matter is numbered as Regular Criminal Case No. 381/2022.

Since the investigation is over, no useful purpose will be served by custodial interrogation of the applicants. The application is therefore allowed by confirming the interim protection order dated 03.02.2022.

It is made clear that the applicants shall attend the trial and shall not influence the prosecution witnesses and shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

In view of disposal of Anticipatory Bail Application No. 123 of 2022, Criminal Application No. 637 of 2022 is disposed of.
