1) Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submitted that he wants to withdraw the application. This submission was made when after hearing arguments this Court expressed that the Court is not inclined to grant the relief of bail.

2 Application 559/2015 3) The learned counsel requested for giving direction to the trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the case. He submitted that the applicant is behind the bars since last six months. The trial Court is hereby directed to expeditiously dispose of the case, within four months from the date of receipt of the order.
