The petition is at a pre-notice stage. The petitioner has proposed amendments vide this Civil Application. The learned A.G.P. submits that as the petition is at a pre-notice stage, the amendment application could be allowed.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', which reads as under :- "The applicant may kindly be allowed to amend from para 6 (a) to 6 (g) in the present petition"

Amendment to the petition may be carried out within two weeks.
