The petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 26.07.2018, passed by the District Superintendent of Land Records, Ahmednagar, under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

The learned AGP submits that the petitioner has an efficacious statutory remedy to approach the Deputy Director of Land Records, Nasik.

- 2 - In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Deputy Director of Land Records, Nasik.
