& another ...
Respondents CORAM :
VIJAY S.KULKARNI REGISTRAR (JUDL) DATED : 28/07/2015 1.
Perused Record and proceedings. The objection notified by the office is that paper book charges have not been deposited by the appellants within stipulated period inspite of issuance of notice. Therefore, the paper book is not prepared by the District Court and R & P has been sent to this court without paper book. None is present on behalf of the appellants. No steps have been taken by the appellants to deposit paper book charges. About four chances have been given to the appellants for taking necessary steps. All these go to show that the appellants are not really interested in taking steps and to remove the objection. In the result, I proceed to pass following order.
ORDER
The appeal stands dismissed for failure to prosecute and for non depositing paper book charges. REGISTRAR (JUDL) fa2127.13
