PER COURT:- 1.

Mr. Yeramwar, learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding is pending since 2015. The same is not yet decided. The employer is directing to submit the validity certificate or else action would be taken.

The employer has not issued any notice to the petitioner threatening adverse action.

In view of that, we are not passing any further orders against the employer.

The validation proceeding is pending, the committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the

(2) 8-wp-1657-2020 Committee. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 06.02.2020. In case, employer issues any notice to the petitioner, then the petitioner has liberty to agitate against the same.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
