There is an innocuous prayer in this petition in as much as direction is sought to respondent No.3 i.e. the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Dhule to decide the proposal dated 17.05.2013 for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Shikshan Sevak and thereafter as an Assistant Teacher in regular pay scale.

We direct respondent No.3 to decide the aforesaid proposal on its own merits, if already not decided, keeping in view the service record of the petitioner and relevant procedure, as expeditiously as possible, however, within ten weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the Management and also

( 2 ) wp1665.18 to the petitioner. In case respondent No.2 wishes to hear the petitioner and concerned Management, it will be open for him to afford reasonable opportunity of hearing to the parties.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
