The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since the year 2005. The same is not yet decided. 2.

We have heard the learned A.G.P. and the learned counsel for respondent No. 3.

The respondent No. 2 shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 06.02.2020.

The respondent No. 3 shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The respondent No. 3 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
