The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the name of the applicant is Ashruba Rangnath Bade, however, inadvertently in the judgment passed by the learned Reference Court name is mentioned as Ashruba Raghunath Bade. He points out that the learned Reference Court has vide order dated 17.02.2021 ordered correction of the name. 2.
In that view of the matter, the applicant is permitted to correct the cause title in the appeal and all the Civil Applications by deleting the middle name as `Raghunath' and by mentioning middle name as `Rangnath'.

The appellants in respective appeals have deposited entire amount of compensation as awarded under the impugned judgment and award in compliance of order granting interim-stay to the execution of the said judgment and award.

Land owners, who are respondents in the appeals, have moved present applications seeking permission to withdraw the deposited amount.

It is informed by both the learned Advocates that in connected matters, the applicants/land owners have been permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the non-applicants/acquiring body.

In that view of the matter, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the non-applicants/acquiring body along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The civil applications are disposed of.
