This is an application for condonation of delay of 189 days caused in filing appeal against the judgment and order dated 18.05.2016 passed by the Commissioner for E.C. Act & Judge, Labour Court, Nanded in WCFA No. 102/2014.

Learned counsel for the respondents opposed the application stating that delay is not properly explained. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Delay stands condoned. The application is accordingly disposed off.
