The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceeding is submitted for validation of the tribe certificate before the committee. The petitioner is exploring his chances of getting admission in the professional course and requires the validity certificate.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondent / Sole.

Consider the exigency in the matter, the committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner, preferably before 30.05.2020. The

(2) 51-wp-1741-2020 petitioner shall appear before the committee on 05.02.2020 and shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceeding.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
