It is submitted that validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of petitioner is pending with the scrutiny committee, the same is not decided.

The respondents have issued show cause notice to petitioner as to why petitioner should not be placed on the supernumerary post. The proposal has been submitted for the validation to the committee on 14.06.2010, well within the time as contemplated under the Circular dated 30.07.2013. 3.

The petitioner may file reply to the show cause notice. The petitioner shall bring it to the notice of the respondent that the submission of the validation proceeding was done within the time as per the circular. The respondents are bound to consider the

The committee shall decide the validation proceedings expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 20.02.2020.

With the aforesaid observations the writ petition is disposed of.
