ORDER:

Issue notice to respondents. Learned AGP waives service of notice for all the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the validation proceeding is pending since October - 2017. The petitioner is a student of 12th std. and wants to seek admission in Medical faculty from reserved category. As such, seeks directions against respondent-Committee to decide the proceeding expeditiously.

Considering the fact that the petitioner wants to take his chance for admission with the professional course, the respondent no. 2 shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner, expeditiously, by the end of May2018. The petitioner shall cooperate with the Committee in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 01.03.2018.
