It is submitted by the learned counsel that the Appeal filed by petitioner against the rejection of his application for issuance of caste certificate is allowed by the Scrutiny Committee. Thereafter, petitioner filed application with respondents for issuance of caste certificate on 06.01.2020, the same is not issued.

The petitioner is exploring his chances of taking admission in professional course.

Considering the above, respondents shall comply the order of the Appellate Authority of issuance of caste certificate within one week.
