Issue notice to respondents. The learned A.G.P. waives notice for all respondents.

The petitioner is appointed with the respondent on 15.05.2015 from reserved category. The proposal seeking validity of the tribe claim of the petitioner is referred by the employer in November 2017. The employer

( 2 ) wp 1321.18 has issued notice to submit the validity or else the appointment given to the petitioner as a temporary would be canceled. 3.

Considering the fact that validation proceeding is pending, we pass the following order.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within 9 months. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22.02.2018. 5.

Till the validation proceeding is decided the respondent employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
