The petitioners seek leave to withdraw the writ petition. The petitioners have not complied the order of this Court directing the petitioners to deposit Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs only) within a period of three (03) weeks. It was on the premise that the petitioners would deposit of Rs. 50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs only), we had granted stay. We had restrained the respondents from taking possession of the secured assets.

Instead of complying the order, now the petitioners are seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition. Certainly, the petitioners are at

2 4p-WP1702-2020.odt liberty to withdraw the writ petition. However, for misusing the forum we would mulct the petitioners with cost.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with cost of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only). Unless the cost of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) is deposited with the registry, the petitioners are not permitted to proceed with any other proceeding.
