The applicant/original petitioner prays for liberty to amend the petition in view of the information that he has gathered pursuant to the filing of the petition. Proposed paragraphs are from 20-A to 20-G and the proposed prayer is D-1.

The learned Advocates for the non applicants oppose the application.

We find from the pending writ petition that after notice was issued, the petitioner was protected against the recovery. khs/Aug. 2021/1999

As such, we accept the civil application and the same is therefore allowed. Amendment to the petition be carried out on or before 13/08/2021. No extension of time shall be granted. 5.

Respondent No.4 is at liberty to enter an affidavit on the amended petition, on or before 21/08/2021.
