1) Notice. Learned counsel for the respondent waives notice.

2) The application is filed for making correction in the order made by this Court in Civil Application No. 5825 of 2014 (F.A. No.651/2014). The submissions made and

2 CA 1444 of 2015 the reasoning of the order show that the application filed for permission to withdraw the amount was allowed by this Court and the Court wanted to ask the claimants to give solvent security in respect of the amount. It appears that in the operative order it is recorded that solvent security is to be furnished and there is direction to furnish other bank guarantee also. As per this order the amount was to be released only after furnishing solvent security. So, the order is modified as under : "The applicants are allowed to withdraw sum of Rs.1,50,000/- each by furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the trial Court."

3) The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
