The applicant seeks to condone the delay of 420 days caused in filing present appeal against the award passed by the M.A.C.T. The applicant is original claimant. It is submitted that the Tribunal granted inadequate compensation. The applicant is a disabled person and he was not properly advised. It is further submitted that even MSRTC has filed appeal i.e. FA No.92 of 2025 against the same award.

Considering the submissions advanced and reasons as stated in the application, application is allowed subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim interest for the delayed period and file such undertaking to the Registrar (J) of this Court. 4.

CA stands disposed of. Appeal be registered.
