During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the contesting respondent makes a statement that since there is interim relief granted by this Court on 29th March 2022, there is no proprietary in hearing the petition and the direction to the Deputy Director of Land Record to decide Appeal/S.R.461/21/2022 within a stipulated period and till the decision of the said appeal interim relief granted by this Court can be continued.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, records agreement for the same.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of. The Deputy Shrikant Malani

The interim relief granted by this Court by order dated 29th March 2022, to continue till the disposal of the said appeal. 5.
