PER COURT :- Heard Shri S.G.Chapalgaonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant Insurance Company and Shri Ram B.Deshpande, learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6 i.e. original claimants. Respondent Nos.7 and 8 though are duly served, none has entered appearance in the matter.

For the reasons stated in the application, which according to me are just and sufÏcient, delay of 23 days occurred in filing the present appeal by the Insurance Company is condoned. Civil application No.2687 of 2018, stands disposed of. Appeal be registered in accordance with law.
