ORDER:- 1.

The dispute in the main matter appears in respect of grant of interest whether it should be awarded from the date of notifcation or whether from the date of award. However, in other similar matter, this Court, by considering the nature of aforesaid dispute, has granted permission to the applicants therein to withdraw 70% of the deposited amount on furnishing undertaking. Accordingly the same order will follow and the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw the 70% of the deposited amount of compensation on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. 3.
