Learned AGP has placed on record copy of the award declared on 15.09.2025 by the Special Land Acquisition Officer. He further submits that a demand is raised with the Government for the compensation amount to be paid to the petitioner. As soon as the same is received, it will be disbursed to the petitioner. 2.

By recording the said statement as an undertaking to this Court, the contempt petition is disposed of.

The compensation amount be disbursed to the petitioner within twelve weeks from today.
