PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioner is challenging the communication thereby directing re-audit of respondent no.10.

The petitioner is not a Member of respondent no.10. The respondent no.10 is not aggrieved by the same.

Mr. Ghatol Patil, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has apprehension that respondent no.10 may be classified from Grade-D to Grade-A or B.

We do not find any basis of the apprehension, as yet re-audit has not been conducted. According to the petitioner also re-

(2) 945-wp-2718-2021 audit is not yet conducted. What would be the result of the re-audit nobody can predict today. It depends upon the Auditor/Expert's report.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the petitioner has remedy to challenge the classification.

In light of that, it would be too premature to entertain the present petition.

We make it clear that we have not considered the objections of the learned A.G.P. as to the locus of the petitioner.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
