Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. None present for the respondents.

Prima facie, the applicants have a good case on merits. However, considering the grounds raised in the appeal memo, following order is passed;

ORDER

i) The application is partly allowed.

ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 80% amount from the amount deposited with this Court, with accrued interest, on furnishing undertaking that they will deposit the money, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed.

iii) The natural guardian mother shall furnish undertaking for and on behalf of minor children.

iv) One-forth (1/4th) share of the minors be invested in the fixed deposit in any Nationalized bank under the guardianship of their mother, with a right to receive interest at quarterly rests.
