By order dated 10/11/2023, this Court permitted the applicants No.1, 3 and 4 to withdraw 40%, 10% and 20%, respectively, of the compensation amount deposited in this Court to the extent of their shares as granted by the Tribunal. The present application is filed for clarification of the order dated 10/11/2023.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that there is some confusion as regards the amount of withdrawal granted by this Court and the Registry has raised certain objections and asked for clarification of the order dated 10/11/2023.

The amount of Rs.1,40,00,000/- is deposited in this Court. It is clarified that the applicant No.1 is entitled to withdraw 40% amount i.e. Rs.36,00,000/- and remaining amount of Rs.20,00,000/- be kept in Fixed Deposit. The applicant No.3 is entitled to withdraw 10% amount i.e. Rs.9,00,000/- and remaining amount of Rs.5,00,000/- be

941 CA 1461-2024 kept in Fixed Deposit, and applicant No.4 is entitled to withdraw 20% amount i.e. Rs.18,00,000/- and remaining amount of Rs.10,00,000/- be kept in Fixed Deposit. The amount be withdrawn on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
