The contention of the petitioner is that the land of the petitioner is affected. The old State Highway exists, however, the respondents have taken a turn and have changed the alignment. The land of the petitioner was not affected into the old State Highway, but respondents are changing the alignment. The contention of the respondents is otherwise.

According to the respondents, they have not changed the directions of the old road nor changed the alignment of the road from land Survey No./Gut No. 239, 227, 184, 185, 189/1 & 190/1.

There is nothing before us to conclude one way or the other as to the change of alignment on the part of the respondents. 4.

The petitioner may approach the respondents with his grievance or may approach any other competent Court of law. 5.
