We have perused page no.24 of Writ Petition No.2944 of 2021, which is under objection. We can read the said page. Hence, objection is over-ruled.

In all these petitions, the identically situated petitioners are challenging the appointment of respondent no.6 which is alleged to be under the influence and directives of the Guardian Minister and Honourable Minister of Social Justice and Special Assistance. 3.
In similar circumstances, this Court as well as a co-ordinate
(3) Bench of this Court have passed orders directing the societies to deposit amounts towards expenses for conducting elections, within one month as well as submit voters list within one month. 4.
In view of the above, without going into the allegations leveled against the Honourable Minister, these petitions are disposed off with the following directions:- a) We direct respondent, i.e. Administrator over the co-operative societies respondent no.5 in these matters, to deposit the amount of expenses towards conducting elections, with the competent authority appointed for conducting the elections, on or before 11.4.2022, failing which the Administrator would be divested of his powers with effect from 12.4.2022. b) We direct respondent no.6 Administrator to also tender the provisional voters list to the election authority, on or before 21.4.2022.
c) Non compliance of the above directions shall be considered as an act of disobedience on the part of the Administrator and
(4) would be considered as a contemptuous act.
