The petitioner is assailing the order rejecting the proposal for opening primary Urdu medium school. The proposal is of the year 2008.

In view of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (for short " Act of 2009'), the parameters have undergone change and the petitioner would be required to confirm to the requirement of the Act of 2009. 3.

In the light of that, no purpose would be served by considering the present matter. The writ petition as such is

2 wp 2631.11 disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to apply afresh in accordance with the present day statute, rules and policy. If such a proposal is made, the respondents shall consider the same on its own merits. No costs.
