The Petitioners are praying for issuance of directions to Respondents to take decision on the representation tendered by the Petitioners on 11th January 2015, expeditiously.

In our view, considering the prayers made in the representation, the Petitioners may have to avail of the remedy of tendering the application within contemplation of provisions of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act and such application shall have to be decided, after extending an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. 3.

This Petition can be disposed of with liberty to the Petitioners to tender an appropriate application within contemplation of Maharashtra Public Trusts Act. If the Petitioners tender appropriate application within FOUR WEEKS from today, the concerned authority i.e. Assistant Charity Commissioner may take appropriate decision in the matter, after extending an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, in accordance with the provisions of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within SIX MONTHS from the date of receipt of such application.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
