The learned A.G.P. submits that petitioners can file an Appeal under Section 90 of the Hyderabad Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950.

The petitioners have been directed to pay the penalty under the impugned notice/order.

In light of the above, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to avail the alternate remedy.

All contentions are kept open. No costs.
