Mr. Jadhavar, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the tribe claim of the petitioner that he belongs to "Mannerwarlu" tribe has been invalidated by an order dated July 7, 2021 of the Scrutiny Committee.

In such view of the matter, nothing survives for decision on this writ petition. The same stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved by the aforesaid order.
