We are not inclined to exercise our extra ordinary jurisdiction, so as to entertain the petition. The petition raises disputed question of fact arising out of alleged agreement between the petitioners and respondent Municipal Council. Hence the writ petition stands rejected.

Further, it would be open for the petitioners to avail the appropriate remedy including filing of suit before the appropriate Court.

We grant limited protection to the petitioners up to two weeks. Accordingly respondent No.2 shall not take any coercive action on the basis of notice issued to the petitioners for two weeks from today.

We make it clear that no prayer for extension of time by this Court will be entertained under any circumstances.
