Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the decision taken by the Director of Education refusing to condone the age is without assigning any reasons. This position is not disputed by the learned AGP appearing for the State and its authorities. On that ground alone, the decision of the Director of Education deserves to be interfered with.

1390.15wp Khatal, who is present before the Court makes a statement that salary as directed by this Court by order dated 13th August, 2014 in para 5 of the order, will be disbursed to the petitioner within three months from today.

Accordingly, we direct the Director of Education to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for condonation of age and if, the authorities are convinced, can condone the same and in case, the authorities are not convinced to condone age, then the authorities to assign reasons there for.

We hope and trust that as long as petitioner's prayer is reconsidered and final decision is taken about condonation of age, the respondents / authorities will continue to pay salary to the petitioner. The Director of Education to take fresh decision, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within three months from today. Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
