Learned counsel graciously states that grant of second amendment application has been the subject matter of writ petition and that while notices were issued to the other side, no interim relief had been granted. As such, the suit has progressed further and entire evidence is completed. 2.
In view of the same, it does not appear to be expedient to meddle with the progress in the suit and cause interlude in the same.
