This is about the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court refusing registration of the Writ Petition for want of removal of office objections. There is delay of 30 days in filing this Civil Application seeking restoration of the Writ Petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner assures this Court that the office objections will be removed immediately.
