Mr.Sabale, learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that respondent No.4 is exonerated by the Grievance Committee and also because of efflux of time, the petitioner does not want to prosecute the present Public Interest Litigation. The petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present Public Interest Litigation.

The Public Interest Litigation is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.

The petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) under the order of this Court dated 18.04.2015. Mr. Sabale, on instructions of the petitioner, submits that this amount be transmitted to the High Court Bar Association.
