1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that he wants to delete some part of the prayer clause "C". It appears that on 18.2.2022, this Court ( Coram : V.K. Jadhav and Sandipkumar C. More) has granted leave to correct the prayer clause, still, it is not done. Today also, learned counsel has prayed for time.

2] Instead of this, we pass the following order. : O R D E R :

[a] Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition with correct and appropriate prayer clause/s. [b] It is made clear that case of the petitioner was not herd by this court on its own merits.
